Our signature Blue Slate Gin is a juniper-led London Dry gin, rich with spicy pine leading to an elderflower-citrus heart and a long oak and heather-honey finish. Blended with fresh mountain water to a drinking strength of 42%ABV.

It is a beautifully balanced and seductively aromatic gin, a smooth sip over ice and refreshing mixed in a G&T garnished with a slice of juicy orange.

The only gin made in the Snowdonia National Park, we only use ingredients that can thrive here - many of which we grow in the distillery garden.
